Along with the gradual improvement of the management of the hotel industry,managers and regulators of the progressive upgrading of the quality gradually improved, as a core human resources management and performance management also raises concerns. Human resource(HR)focus has started to shift staff performance management.Hotel managers are increasingly recognizing the importance of performance management, and ways to improve staff performance, and improve their management performance and the performance of the hotel business strategy. This is the growing importance of the role of performance management in the management of the reason. Hotel staff performance management is an essential basis for decisions. In recent years, to find a more scientific and effective, objective and impartial examination methods, the industry had a lot of hard exploration. However, because of the performance of many, multidimensional, dynamic characteristics and the emotional assessment, people have their difficulties in obtaining satisfactory results.
