Through the specific of describing the situation, it analyzes the problems and reasons and puts forward the competition superiority strategies.It is truly vital to make further researches in this subject mainly because it's urgent now for our commercial banks developing Intermediary Business .At the same time, providing service for our customers and reducing risk need it. The operation of the Intermediary Business in our country exposes many problems; These questions not only break out the progress of our Intermediary Business, but also restrict the competition of our commercial banks.
