Performance evaluation is a core point in a management system. It is an important part of control system in enterprise management and indispensable in foreign-funded enterprises. With the rapid development of world economy and information technology, the traditional single financial evaluation system cannot satisfy the need of enterprise's management, and it cannot timely, accurately supply the decision-supporting and implemental information. In view of this situation, the author puts forward that we must analysis advantages and shortcomings of this performance evaluation, look for successful sample which can provide new method available, in order to set up an efficient performance evaluation system.At first this thesis introduces the basic theory of performance evaluation. Based on these theories, this thesis analysis of the utilization of the performance evaluation system in enterprises through a case, and explains its important position in enterprises in a practical view.
