With the coming of the epoch of globalization economy, the scope of competitions occurring among the enterprises expands increasingly, effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the predominance. However, in modern human resource management, the performance managing is the key. While in the performance managing, the performance evaluation is the most important which plays a decisive role in realizing the goal of the business strategy. Nevertheless, how to understand the positioning of performance evaluation and set up a System of Performance Evaluation (SPE) which can adapt to their own enterprises, is a puzzle as well which has not so far been solved well although domestic and international enterprise have been seeking for years.This thesis integrating the predicament which the company JF has encountered in the management, having studied and investigating, and applying the basic theories regarding the performance evaluation, we have made a systematic and overall analysis for the current situation of performance evaluation of company JF, we point out that the root cause existing in the performance evaluation comes from the inaccurate of positioning, for the performance evaluation is only being used for a sort of facility to allocate the benefits, it causes some deficiencies of performance feedback, performance improvement and some other important procedures, likewise, the performance evaluation outcome have not been applied adequately and rationally, thus all the performance evaluation can not be systemized and united well either.In view of the existing problems in the performance evaluation of company JF, we, first of all, reposition its performance evaluation and put forward that ameliorating performance and the carrying out the development of the staffs'professional career in the enterprise will be targeted the main purpose and aim, and find the way that how to solve the problem.Based on it, a brand SPE that consists of evaluation preparation, evaluation execution, evaluation feedback, performance amelioration and as well as evaluation application, has been constructed. This SPE fill up any blank about important tache. The SPE has carried into execution simply in company JF and achieve the favorable achievement. The cooperation of the department and the employees has increased, the performance has obtained control and management. Establishment of SPE is a project that is both hard and intricate, most of our enterprises have just stood in the stage of start and grope in this respect, especially, some traditional enterprises like company JF which only live on manufacturing and selling, have got many problems when implementing the SPE. Therefore, This thesis is a maiden attempt of designing the SPE of company JF, and redound to source for and set up a SPE which can fit for the China's actual conditions, meanwhile it can also be operated well in practice, we would like to provide some references for those enterprises that are making renovation in terms of performance evaluation.
