Performance management is the key issues of modern human resource management as an impetus of corporation. As a modernized management tool and measure, Performance management can help companies not only to achieve its mission but also to create its high performance. Thus, to build an effective performance assessment system is necessary. First, some general situations and theories about performance assessment in and out of nation are introduced in this paper. Based on the analyzing and comparing above assessment methods, the performance assessment system of salesmen of YiYang communication Inc is founded, and some primary problem and contradiction are found out. According to the practice of YiYang communication Inc and its future development, The performance assessment system of salesmen is re-designed. The new assessment system combining actuality of salesmen and some modern performance assessment methods like key performance indication, partnership comparing, average weight and expert marking, set up an scientific and efficient performance assessment system in order to solve salesmen' performance assessment problem of YiYang communication Inc ultimately, and rise up its performance.
