In order to accomplish the "ten-five" plan, "five-year double" plan and the PanZhiHua city industry development scheme, as a typical resource city that is supported by ore resource, ore resource's supplying-needing balance is the infallible demand and important undertaking.Because of the long time and big intensity's mining and producing scheme's increasing, lead to the most of the ore resource store amount's consumption far greater than the new increasing amount, the supplying-needing contradiction increasingly bulge and some bed facing depletion. So, for the PanZhiHua city's society and economy's healthy development, wo must make a predicting for the future 5-10 years' ore resource's supplying-needing situation, and then expound the countermeasure and advice. On the grounds of the PanZhiHua city government's demand and base on the geology bureau's consignment, we compile the report which name is "PanZhiHua ore resource supplying-needing balance research".This paper will glean and arrange the ore resource's kinds, store amount, consumption that are find out in PanZhiHua city in past 5-10 years, we also will glean the ore product's kind, amount that are demanded by estate's development. Based on the city's "ten-five" plan, "five-year double" plan and the PanZhiHua city industry development scheme(2004-2010), we will establish a scientific ore resource supplying -needing growth model to forecast the important ore product's supplying-needing situation till 2010, 2015, then expound countermeasure and advice. In this paper, our task includes several aspects as following:1) Select the most important ore kinds to PanZhiHua's social and economic development through suitable quantitative ways.2) Establish ore resource supplying forecast model and predict ore resource supplying amount in next 10 years.3) Establish ore resource demandng forecast model and predict ore resource needing amount in next 10 years.4) Make a supplying -needing balance analysis to the ore resource in the next 10 years, then assay the result and expound advice.
