Harmonious Labor Relations In The Study

The work relations, a most basic economic relation, has direct correlation with the harmoniously development of the society. Therefore, we must construct the harmonious stable work relations in order to construct harmonious socialism society. After more than 20 years of the reform and development of the economy and the society, the market economic system has been already gradually established in our country. The economy ingredients of the society, the form of organizations, the way of employment, the form of assignment and the benefit relations diversifies day by day , the main body structure of work relations , the status of main body, the benefit of main body , the standard and the way of adjustment , the disposition way of labor force had been profoundly changed , thus the present aspect is more complex than ever before . There's no doubt that studying these changes, grasping its characteristics and its rules, has vital significance for constructing the harmonious work relations and the harmonious society. At present, how to construct the harmonious work relations is not only the focal point of the whole society but also the hard problem needed to be solved for the government, which many concerned experts and scholars paid widespread attention to. In this article, on the basic of absorbing the achievements of the senior studies, I carried on some analyses and researches on the problem "How to construct the harmonious work relations", and proposed some shallow viewpoints .The full text were divided into four parts as follows:The first part of this article expounds the relationship between the government and the harmonious stable work relations, defines the work relations, and points out the significance of constructing a harmonious stable work relation as well as the function of the government during the process.The second part of this article, based on the view of big government, analyzes the function of governments, which should display in the adjustment process of the work relations, and elaborated the significance of constructing the harmonious work relations.The third part of this article analyzes the work relations of present situation in our country.
