| A report of investigation published by The International Labor Organization said: "The psychological oppression will become one of the most serious problems on healthy in the 21st Century. " The large numbers of research indicated excess stress can cause much damage to the physical and moral healthiness of workers, and have negative effect to the organization. The success of trade in the future will more rely on the people who can deal with all kinds of stress positively. Therefore, effectively implementing stress management will be an important topic of business management.The thesis was used the research method of the theoretical analysis and the investigation analysis. On the base of traditional theory research on stress management, the author deeply discussed the concept and the origin of stress, and defined the positive stress and the negative stress. The thesis also analyzed reason that positive stress and negative stress was formed, and further studied connection between positive stress,negative stress and achievement. On the basis of the above analysis, the author constructed the stress theoretical model. At the same time, the author analyzed the stress of private enterprise staff in China by the method of interviewing the employees in private enterprise and the questionnaire, founding the reason and the influence factor that formed the negative stress of staff, and analyzed the status of staff stress management. Finally, by using theoretical model which was made in the thesis to solve the stress problem among the employees in private enterprise and learning from the experience of stress management in foreign enterprises, the author provided the solution how to deal with the stress problem of staff in private enterprise. |
