With the further development of market economy in our country, human resource has become the primary origin of enterprises' competence advantage, but not the material resources or the capital. It's most important that enterprises had competent employees .If the employee turnover rate is too high, many competent employees who intend to resign, many works can't be accomplished smoothly. How to build up a pleasant atmosphere and inspire the employees'potential, increase their job satisfaction, reduce the turnover rate, in order to bring the maximum benefits for the organization becomes the most critical issues.Psychology contract is a new theory these years,it is a new. way to reduce the turnover rate. In practice the author measures and investigates the psychology contract content, based on the enterprises operation experiments, the author builds an advantages environment to reduce the staff turnover rate, draws a conclusion of full-time psychology contract management . That is the exploring, establishing, identifying period management . The purpose is to reduce the staff turnover rate, to keep the excellent employees and to make up the core competition.
