Highway Construction Project Cost Management

Cost management is an important part of road construction project management. This paper fixed theory and practice basis for road construction project cost management to facilitating the scientific and high efficiency of cost management.Firstly, this paper introduces project management and cost management, analyzes the constitution of road construction project cost, discusses the principles that should be followed and analyzes the influential factors of road construction project cost.Secondly, this paper analyzes developing condition of our country's road construction project cost management and further elaborates the problem and reason in the road construction project cost management.Thirdly, this paper puts forward improvement and points out only possessing the view of modern cost management, selecting advanced and scientific cost management method and effective cost management assurance system can make it implied well.Finally, combining the present case, this paper summarizes the road construction project cost management and evaluates cost management effect.
