According to the equipments layout rule lay the equipment in the workshop. Calculate the amount of the equipments, by estimate the line pitch. According to the space of the equipments, logistics, and the worker, the sequence of the working place, simulate the equipments layout in work area use the CAD drawings. Then, consider the cooperation of equipments on the ground and forklift, make the layout of crane in the whole workshop.5. Consider the capability of every working place, division and combination the working procedure under the demand of the line pitch. Ensure the balance of the capability of every working place, and configure the workers.
