Knowledge workers become the main body of creating enterprise's performance during the era of knowledge-driven economy. Studies have suggested: Knowledge workers rely on the team more than physical workers, the group has already become important study and performance unit in organization. So, it is import that enterprisers manage the knowledge -based team effectively The scholar has realized mat the operation of team is important, but the research still concentrate on personal characteristic , designing team aim , improving team performance and incentive at present , especially the important factor in operation of team—conflict of team is studied less. The lagging of the theoretical research makes numerous enterprisers only depend on those trying to find out the way of managing knowledge-based team, but the cost of it is extremely high. At the fierce pressure of market competition, numerous enterprisers have been forced to choose to use the experience in the past to meet the challenge of the new one. So, if we want to help enterpriser manage the knowledge-based team effectively, we should further investigate the important factor- -conflict of team, besides carrying on the idea to guide. To solve the question mentioned above, the paper attempt to make a little work from research that the conflicts of knowledge-based team. We hope, through systematical analyzing knowledge-based group' conflict, help managers understand clearly the essence and operating mechanism of knowledge-based team, lay a good foundation for the effective managing knowledge-based team. The theory meaning is that the paper, through analyzing and studying the conflicts of team in the operation, has further enriched and improved the theory of group effectiveness. And it also consummated the research of group processes. The realistic meaning is that the ways of conflict management can offer the reference basis of practice.
