Compared with the competence constituents of common corporations, enterprise group's competence has a more comprehensive connotation, which consists of institutional factors, organizational factors and technical factors. Technical factors mainly include production ability, research and development ability, management ability of information technology. Institutional factors, which involve system arrangement and governance structure, decide the efficiency of resource allocation and operation of enterprise group through an influence on the group's execution, motivation and supervision structure. Organizational factors comprise organizational structure and management ability of enterprise groups, which is strategic management ability, financial management ability, human resource management ability, cultural management ability etc. Organizational factors can make the group operate more effectively by improving the ability of governing corporate resources. Research of enterprise group's competence in existence refers much to institutional factors, technical factors and some organizational factors, neglects or attaches little importance on the influence of cultural factors.Along with the economic integration and the development of information technology, interior and exterior surroundings of enterprise groups have changed greatly. Institutional factors and technical factors become more elementary for enterprise group to gain continuous long-term competitive advantages. For better initiative and sustaining competence, enterprise groups must get group enterprise culture conformity and form mainstream culture.This paper analyses how does the culture improve enterprise group's competence by introducing cultural synergy. By establishing a feasibility analysis framework of "Diversified Cultures-Cultural Synergy-Enterprise group's Competence", the paper analyses concretely how the constituents of culture influence enterprise group's competence.
