Unlike other social organizations, trade association is the amendment of the traditional way of governmental administration, as well as the inevitable result of social development. It is a member of social intermediate organizations which perform important intermediate functions between government and society. But the development of trade association in China is not so satisfactory. Unlike England or America or other advanced countries, China possesses no advanced market economy as well as the tradition of citizen self-government. The generation and development of trade association result from the active support and promotion of government during governmental reform. Therefore, it lacks inside elements and outside environment for its existence and development, and the interference from government is also inevitable.In today's China, the healthy development of trade association needs the proper authorization and active support from government, at the same time, the development of trade association directly effects the transform of governmental function and the harmony between government and enterprises. In my opinion, to develop trade association in China, the best way is to establish a government-oriented interactional relationship between government and trade association.
