Importance of information technology application has been recognized by the society. At the same time, this industry is also wholly competitive, which gives high pressure on product innovation and profitability. The WE Corporation, as an enterprise whose main business is integrated network products, to broaden the distribution channel, as well as handle the complicated issues in distribution management are very significant for cutting the expenses on sales in order to enhance its market share and get more profit.This paper focuses on the WE Corporation which is one of top500enterprises as the object, discussing how to improve the market share enhancing oriented distribution management. The1st part set forth the background and necessity, and the instruction of the WE Corporation. The2nd part is mainly about the theories on distribution management aims. On this basis, the author uses the PEST and SWOT tools to analyze the distribution improvement strategy and WE’s problems to approach it. The4th part quotes market data to illustrate distribution management situation and assume the market-share-enhancement goal. Then the following chapters give measures on distribution improvement and the future hope of the ultimate aim.
