As a new wave of merger and acquisition brakes up in the world, multinational merger and acquisition becomes the mainstream of this wave with a lot of resistance. Cultural difference is the best visible and complicated in these resistance. Therefore, multinational merger and acquisition of enterprises is not the simple combination of capital and technology, but the realization of integration from capital to culture. The merger and acquisition enterprises whether success or not mainly depended on how to deal with the difference and conflict of enterprises culture during the superiority of the estate property supplied each other. Just under this backdrop, the thesis studied on the cultural integration of multinational merger and acquisition enterprises. Fist, this dissertation analyses cross-culture problem of multinational merger and acquisition enterprises, and find the effective solution which are culture analysis and cultural integration. Then it adjusts and supplement some value indexes of Cultural Transformation Tools of Richard Barrett in order to analyze cultural difference and cultural rigidity, then chooses the correct model of cultural integration bases on the result of cultural evaluation. In the end of this paper, integral operation steps have been put forward. All these have quite important practical significance to realize cultural integration in effect.
