Discussion On Supervision System Of Government Purchase In China

The system of Government Procurement is one kinds of system of finance management that are used widely in these countries which adopt market economy; China has also begun to develop this system. But the problems have also emerged as the activity of Government Procurement in China. So we should research on the intendance system of Government Procurement to ensure the validity of procure activity.In all the on the intendance system of Government Procurement, there are many dissertations in foreign country, but the problem is that they are not fit the condition of China. On the other side, the literature did by domestic scholar very finite, and exist much debate. So it worth us does more research in this issue. Especially the issue on the validity of the intendance system of Government Procurement need us do more research because it has indirect relation with the reform of financial expenditure. On this background, author analysis the intendance system of Government Procurement roundly to find the effective system which adopts China. The paper makes up of four parts. In the first part, we introduce the Government Procurement and the surveillance on the Government Procurement. Then, we analyze the intendance system of Government Procurement from the angle of system, and introduce the reason, the aim and the principle of constructing intendance system. We think this can help the reader understand the latter analysis.In the second part, we give the analyses mode. On the base of research the literature on validity of system, author gave the analyses mode on how to research the validity of the intendance system of Government Procurement.
