The Application Research Of Knowledge Map To Enhance Validity Of Design Evaluation And Decision System

Design evaluation and decision making activity is critical link of a new product development project, along with the acceleration of knowledge economy, the rapid changing of the market environment, put forward higher requirements on validity and reliability of the evaluation and decision making activities. The project comes from the enterprise, to the new product development project as a platform, knowledge map tool is introduced to design evaluation and decision, in order to weaken the effect of subjectivity on the evaluation and decision making activity, improve the evaluation and decision making activity validity, ensuring the reliability of decision result, thus saving the cost of product development. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in market.This study is based on the domestic and foreign research present situation and design evaluation and decision-making system and knowledge map method for design evaluation and decision system, increasing the efficiency of demand, has conducted the applied research of knowledge map tool to enhance the validity of the design evaluation and decision system. Research by the research method of cross discipline, to combine the two disciplines of design knowledge management and industry as the foundation, creatively put forward a new method of design of enterprise, evaluation and decision of the new model, and was tested in the practice in the new product development project in the actual. Study on the evaluation and decision making in ensuring effective and reliable at the same time, not only to enhance the decision making efficiency, reduce unnecessary waste of resources decision making, but also scientific and objective basis for enterprises in the future evaluation and decision-making activities are proposed for enterprises to better achieve new product development provides a theoretical guarantee task. This paper studies has the following research achievements.1.Research based on knowledge map to design evaluation and decision system function, analyzes the knowledge content and knowledge constitution evaluation and decision-making activities, and put forward the corresponding evaluation and decision-making activities knowledge map application method of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.2.Through the multi hierarchical task decomposition to design evaluation and decision making, provides a framework of evaluation and decision system, in accordance with the analysis and summary of activities on many levels, put forward a hierarchical model of evaluation and decision system.3. Based on the decision system related knowledge map and evaluation of design,build the application model of knowledge map in design evaluation and decision system.4. In new product development projects of the enterprise, the use of model and theoretical method, carried on the construction of knowledge map application model of the project. Not only to ensure that the practice of the correctness of the model, but also enhance the enterprise in the future outcome evaluation and decision-making activities in the validity.A variety of research methods used in this paper, literature summary, interdisciplinary, qualitative and quantitative analysis, using knowledge map tool application subject knowledge management in product development evaluation and decision system, puts forward constructive ideas for similar research, but also for the future industrial design combined with other disciplines and subjects have certain reference significance, provides a new idea for the future of various design activities of enterprises.
