| The aviation model development is a big system engineering, whose cycle and risk can be reduced through effective project management. Information system is an important method which makes project management become scientific and modern. The Aviation Model Development Project Management Information System could realize the integration of functions including scheduled plan, organization, schedule control, communication under the computer network environment. Information could also be fully shared and effectively transmitted during the whole life of model development and the performance of project management can be improved.Firstly, the paper analyzed the characteristics and the life cycle process of aviation model development project management. The framework of aviation model development project management was proposed based on the body of project management knowledge. Secondly, using multistage network planning method, the paper put forward the integrated model of multistage network planning techniques based on WBS. Then combining roll wave planning method, the aviation model development project management scheduled plan framework was developed. Thirdly, it was suggested that schedule control should be based on multistage network integated plan. Information and method of control process was analyzed. Task status and recognition methods of the schedule deviation were improved and related calculation models were proposed. On the basis of that, the aviation model development project management schedule control framework was proposed.Finially, combining the framework of scheduled plan and schedule control, which is based on multistage network integated plan, with cooperation function, a theoretic framework of aviation model development project management information system was given. By applying the proposed framework, the CAC-PMIS system based on Web is designed and verified. |
