Western Region Sme Performance Management Study

Accompanyed by implementation of policy of development of western regions , western region small and medium-sized enterprises make considerable progress, but meet the developing bottleneck too. At present, orientation of enterprise development carry out the transition from market to the human resources. Enterprise manpower resources management is becoming more and more critical , and performance management is regarded as the core of manpower resources management, a lot of domestic enterprises introduce various foreign performance management theories and try to set up their own performance management system, but because these theories have enormous differences in many aspects such as culture and management foundation, in addition a lot of theory itself have some defects, meet a lot of difficulties among many enterprises in the actual operation, especially small and medium-sized enterprises of western region, because their manage foundation is very weak.
