The study of Tibet has been an academic center in China today, and many scholars pay close attention to the community in Tibetan regions. The Banjuelunbu village, which we chose as the subject of this thesis, is a typical model in Rikaze, Tibet. On the basis of the others' study of the related subject, we discuss the changes, which is under the external force of the system's transformation and the present situation of the social activities in the Ban village.The main method of this research is community study, and adopting participant observation, questionnaire investigation and interview survey in practice. The article stresses the descriptive research and comparative research. In the process of research and composition, according to the important system's transformation in Tibet's history, the author divided the Ban village's process of change into five historical periods. Depend on the literature's collection and his own data of investigation, he compared the people's life in each period and pointed out the influence that the political system's transformation have gave to the country of Tibet.This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction. In this part, the author discussed the selection of the research object and subject, reviewed the seniors' relevant research, and illustrate the research approach. Second part is the people's life in serf system. He described the character of the serf system and the life's comparison between the serf and the owner. The third part is the people's life in democratic reformation and people's commune period. He summarized the character of the two systems and described the people's life. The fourth part is the present situation of the people. He summarized the character of the new period, and than described the people's present social life, including the economic life, the composing, educational degree, profession's distributing of people, the marriage and the household, the children's fosterage, religious activity, ethnic consciousness etc. This part is the emphasis of the thesis. The fifth part is the quantitative comparison of the people's life in each period, including the economic life and the daily life. The sixth part is summary, according to the description and the comparison in the above parts, the author drew a conclusion that in some degree, the system's transformation decided the Ban village's change.
