Study On The Reconstruction Of The Village System Planning Under Perspective Of Ecology-Production-Life

Village is the basic unit of Regional construction.The development of Rural Revitalizationis a content of China's economic construction and the process of modernization in China which related to the modernization process of our country,this can be seen from The CPC Central Committee and the State Council's Opinions on Implementing the Strategy of Revitalizing Villages in Central document No.1 of 2018,with more than 16000 words.At present,rural villages in China have been faced with problems such as remote area,serious hollow,lack of infrastructure and economic backwardness,but their ecological advantages have been ignored.Therefore,how to promote the sustainable development of the village by carrying out village reconstruction is an important research content in the background of "beautiful China" is a scientific problem urgently needed to be solved in the current rural development work.However,researches on the reconstruction of the village system are weak and lack systematic research system.The study takes the county and townships as the research criteria.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign reviews and related concepts,rural features analyzing.secondly,using the method of Point Pattern Analysis and kernel density estimation analysis the overall pattern of rural distribution.Then constructing indicator system of township development capacity and determiningindicator weights by Principal Component Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process.Finally,using Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model evaluate overall township development level to analyze the actual situation in each township in counties qualitatively and quantitatively.According to the resultsof evaluation and the actual situation of the township,township development types are divided.After a comprehensive grasping of the actual development level of the villages and towns,in view of the neglect of the shortage of rural ecological functions,the evaluation index system of village level development capacity is constructed from the perspective of "Ecology-Production-Life".The study constructs a model of village system reconstruction based on the view of "Ecology-Production-Life ",in order to make up for the deficiency of related research.Therefore,this study is not only of great significance in the village construction and development planning of Jianyang District,but also of reference value to the planning of the beautiful countryside construction in the hilly and hilly areas.The results show that:(1)The number of administrative villages and the average pop-ulation of villages in Jianyang district are quite different.the town of Shuiji is the largest,the town of Huilong is the smallest.Serious fragmentation is can be seen and the scale of rural settlements in jianyang area is distinct,and the number is of patches is large and the area is small.(2)The rural settlements in Jianyang district are clustered and distributed.The spatial pattern of rural settlement distribution is characterized by "middle dense,scattered around",and the distribution of the spatial distribution from the concentrated area of the central village to the surrounding area is gradually thinning withremarkablespatial differentiation.The western and Chinese areas belong to the middle and high density type,while the east area has low rural settlement density.(3)The towns' comprehensive index gap of development ability in Jianyang area are large,which are between 0.0079 and 0.7573,and where in midwestern are higher than eastern.It's main reason is lack of industry.According to the development ability index,the townships are divided into 4 types,there are strongest in development ability,which include Tongyou and Tancheng,stronger in development ability,which include Masha and Huangkeng,general in development ability,which include Shufang,Jiangkou,Xiaohu,Shuiji and Jukou,and weak in development ability include Zhangdun,Chongluo,Huilong and Xushi.(4)The study experiments with Chen Youchuan and other scholars to test and solicits local opinions,in the perspective of"Ecology-Production-Life" constructs index system of village development capacity and takes three townships where are in Jianyang Country as examples.Masha,which is stronger in development ability,is between 0.1587 and 0.4847 for comprehensive development abilityindex range.Its laid out is in the model of " joint industry +education tourism ",there are focus on the development of the villages with better ecological and production development capacity in the southeastern.In the Eastern Region,the villages of Chongli Villageand Qibao Village adopt the model of village relocation.Xiaohu,which is general in development ability,is between 0.2462 and 0.6057 for comprehensive development ability index range.Its laid outin the model of "Ecological agriculture experience + tourism".And,its functional localization highlights its agricultural ecological value.Xushi,which is weak in development ability,is between 0.2904 and 0.4893 for comprehensive development ability index range.Its laidout in the model of "joint industry + tourism ",there are focus on the development of the villages with better ecological and productindevelopment capacity in the southwestern and northeastern.The rec-onstruction method of village system is fully reflected the thought of "Ecology-Production-Life" in this study,which is Conform to thereality and certain scientificity and feasibility.
