Manufacturing Enterprises In The Erp Environment, The Balanced Scorecard Applied Research

Though the ERP system has already had more than 20 years' history in the application of the manufacturing industry enterprise in our country, but the failure cases of its application can be found everywhere .There are a lot of reasons caused failure,However,we are easy to find that If we can appraise the project correctly and completely, It is not only helpful to coordinate the ERP application and enterprise's general goals ,but to guide and standard enterprise's management behavior.This text draws lessons from the domestic and international research results, adopts the way of adding the case in theory, to attempts to use the Balanced Scorecard to construct the performance appraisal system of ERP, in order to appraise the system in an all-round way.The basic thinking of this thesis is based on the application situation of ERP in the manufacturing industry enterprise and the outline of the Balanced Scorecard ,to utilizes the Balanced Scorecard to construct the performance appraisal system of ERP through using the case of ERP of LongDan Group.
