Along with developing of marketing economic, due to diversification of market, individuation of demand of custom, impetuous competition, enterprises will operate with stratagy, ERP, HRM, CRM. By the informing, OA of enterprise, it provides foundation for CRM, and the center of company will transform from product to custom. How to make use of custom resource become the hot topic.The thesis bases on the chuanzhong provider of Sichuan prtroleum bureau of CNPC, applies CRM theory, researches on developing, attaining and preserving custom. First, it starts with backuground, purport, content of CRM, makes sure the path of research. Second, it introduces the development of CRM and the application of CRM. Third, it bases on the chuanzhong provider, analyses the actuality, existing problem of application of CRM. Fourth, it puts forward scheme for improving CRM of enterprise. Fifth, it provides the flat for implementing scheme, include improving satisfaction and faithfulness of custom, building organization and troop of CRM, strengthening credit management of custom. Finally, it is the conclusion.
