With Chinese economic and social development, the number of Chinese enterprises is increasing. In order to manage the enterprise better, foreign related concepts of human resource management have been introduced to Chinese enterprises since 1980s. Through continuous exploration and practice by Chinese enterprises, related concepts are developed. At the same time, modern human resources management mode is generally used within enterprises. Through using these related concepts, the enterprise can improve the management mode within it and achieve substantial development.Hengyang Jiaoshan Group is a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization which is engaged in grain procurement and grain production. In recent years, although the company's integrity, strength and quality of products are recognized by the industry, there is a problem with its human resource management.The author chooses a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Hengyang. Hengyang Jiaoshan Group, as the research object, conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of situation of its human resource management, then identify the existing problems with human resource development and management, finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on modern human resource management theory.The research analysis shows that the human resource management of Hengyang Jiaoshan Group is traditional. There are some existing major problems, including lower management level, lack of systematic human resource management system, imperfect human resource management system, lack of overall human resource planning and human resource management professionals, failing to carry out human resource management effectively. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on human resource management theory. First of all, the manager of Hengyang Jiaoshan Group should learn and absorb the advanced human resource management theory, change the concept of human resource management and strengthen the awareness of the human resource management. Second, the Group should develop strategic planning of human resources as soon as possible. Third, the manager should optimize the corporate governance structure, set up modern human resource management department in accordance with the enterprise development strategy and improve the level and efficiency of human resource management. Fourth, the manager should establish systematic human resource management system and normalize human resource management; Fifth, the manager should improve the integration of enterprises, universities and research institutes in order to solve the problem of lack of research and technology management professionals. At last, the manager should advance the human resource management and improve the situation of human resource management from the aspects of recruitment, salary management, performance management, personnel training and the building of enterprise culture thoroughly.Through above research and analysis, the author expects to provide some guiding suggestions for improving the level of human resources management of Hengyang Jiaoshan Group and to make the enterprise develop better and substantially. The author also expects the paper has realistic directive significance in the practice of human resource management of similar agricultural enterprises.
