The issue of "two kinds of culture" was first put forward by an English scholar Snow, it is a serious problem in the history of human culture. It is very important to solve this problem properly, which determines the all-round and lasting development of human beings and our society. To see it in a new angle of view, my article reveals the relationship between David Bloor's theory of SSK and the perfect harmony of "two kinds of culture" and analyses them in details. New ideas are produced about theoretical approaches to make "two kinds of culture" in perfect harmony, too.The article evolves the topic of David Bloor's theory of SSK and how to make science and humanity be in perfect harmony. David Bloor's contributions and shortcomings in this topic are discussed, too. My own opinions are advanced about the logical angles and approaches in this topic of its theoretical exploration. At first, in my article, I describes the appearing of the issue of "two kinds of culture" in western culture and analyses the character of their breaking up and conflicting.Secondly, beginning with redefine scientific knowledge to deliver ways of studying it and to the refinement of his relativism ideas of scientific knowledge---social finitism, how David Bloor to make science and humanity union in meta-science area are discussed, too.Thirdly, David Bloor's contributions and shortcomings in this topic are analyzed in my article. At last ,after analyzing causes of the breaking up and conflicting of "two kinds of culture" concisely, I points out the practical and theoretical requirement to make "two kinds of culture " in perfect harmony ,the latter is analyzed elaborately. Two possible angles are: in one's standpoint to see the other, in another's standpoint to see those two . Four approaches are: to find characters of humanity in science , to find characters of science in humanity , to find common characters in humanity and science , to find different characters in humanity and science which can make them integrated. David Bloor's theory belongs to the second angle and the third approach.
