Real estate industries are the mainstay industry of the national economy, the realty market is the barometer of the national economic to show boom or not. In recent years, Shandong realty industry has maintained rapid growth, but compared with the regional economic product, Shandong Province's real estate investment issues a small-scale, far form economic and social development. Because the concept of the market positioning is still in the bud, and there is no directing about system theory, there are serious market positioning errors in the real estate in Shandong, which makes real estate industry as a third important position not fully manifested themselves in the development of the national economy.Sanlian urban construction limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the Sanlian urban construction) is a national level professional development of large enterprises engaged in real estate development, and it is also the first presented developers to advice the "city" to be the dominant products. In recent years, enterprises has yielded fruitful results in realty exploitation with their strategic positioning guidance. But at the same time, its "market town" theory has provide a source of inspiration to craft brother, the development of large-scale models have been emulated by domestic several real estate companies, previously positioning advantage had been gradually weakening, re-positioning has already been an urgency.Therefore, this aticle catches re-positioning as an opportunity to Sanlian urban construction, researches the real estate market background in Shandong , tries to deal with the difficult position of enterprises especially the real estate business enterprises through sorting and soliditying the market position theory ,and also through the understanding and grasp of the real estate market.This article basing on market positioning theory, classical marketing theory and some latest marketing theory, researches data as a basis, using systems analysis, comparative analysis, combining theory and practice, combining quantitative and qualitative methods and another series of market analysis, makes a study of market positioning about the Sanlian urban construction of a study, in order to provide enterprises with a view to positioning the feasibility of mentoring programmes.The market positioning theoretical development is not yet mature, the basic theory...
