| The paper empirically studies the reality shock of the knowledge workers. When the new staff enter the work world initial period ,they will have the psychological contradiction and the painful because of their anticipation in consistent with the reality or the situation which had not once expect ,we can define the phenomenon as reality shock . The 448 samples coming from 5 districts of the whole nation show: (1) to our country's employee, the level of reality shock is really high, each kind of crowd's sensation is quite consistent; (2) the way to reduce the reality shock mainly is the self-adjustment , and the different crowds have different methods to reduce the reality shock . But self-adjustment is really high, the important way of reducing reality shock is communicating whit the boss and others, and the use of this method is needed to be enhanced. And among the investigated employee, the degree of job satisfaction of communicate with the boss is higher than other samples. And the degree of reality shock is high, no matter who choose the first job. |
