Employee relationship management is an important category in modern human resource management,the target of employee relationship management is to increase the employee satisfaction,which supports the organization to achieve the other management goals.As the external operating environment and the internal management environment changes continuously,the requirements for employee relationship management also keep increasing with the time changes.The new generation of knowledge workers who were born in the 85 s and 90 s become the mainstay of the technology enterprises,their needs are more diverse and distinctive.The problem that the managers and HRs are facing is how to manage them more efficiently.The study model is an internet payment enterprise D,in which over 80% employees are the new generation of knowledge workers,while the top management mostly were born in the 60 s,there are discrepancies in common values,behaviors and needs.Though the young managers at middle and lower level know better the new generation of knowledge workers,they are lack of management experience and systematic consideration to promote the employee satisfaction and stimulate their enthusiasm,furthermore,to exploit their potentials for making greater benefits to the enterprises.Based on the researches of literatures and the current status and problems of human resource management of company D,an employee satisfaction survey of company D is executed through an optimized Gallup Q12.According to the analysis of the survey result,the main factors affecting the satisfaction of new generation of knowledge workers are concluded.Based the survey conclusion and practical experience,two measures are proposed to improve the employee satisfaction of company D,1)to improve the leadership of supervisors and to make their code of conduct for improvement in 12 aspects,2)to establish the training system to satisfy the need of self-improving through various professional training.Throughout the measures above,it helps improve the employee satisfaction and promote the development of both the employee and company D.It is also a practical reference of the management of the new generation of knowledge workers.
