If we have an overview of logistic companies in today' s China, we can see there are many separated and small-scale companies, and there lacks rules for them to compete with each other. With the high speed development of logistic industry, the entrance of foreign logistic companies, and the rise of the third-party logistics, there will be a significant change among China' s logistic companies. Especially, medium sized and small sized logistic companies may be in a hard situation.In this article, practical and historical measures are both adopted to illustrate the internal and external resource analysis tools of the third-party logistic companies. Specially, a typical medium sized logistic company, Jiangsu Shiyun international logistic company is taken as our investigation object. In this article, the internal and external resource analysis tools are detailed presented. Besides, reconstruction of organizational resource and enhancing core competency are also mentioned. In the last part of this article, we focus on the development strategy and professional orientation of Jiangsu Shiyun international logistic company, and we also discuss the executive issues.Based on the angle of the third-party logistic companies, this article is to work over the application of fundamental theories and core competency in the reconstruction of organizational resources, and to illustrate that the diverse strategy is the preferred theoretical ground for medium-scale and small-scale logistic companies and the importance of the perform of the strategy.
