Yunnan New Agricultural Cooperative Economic Organizations Governance Structure

Agriculture cooperative organizations have arisen quietly in rural areas in China since 1980 and have been developing quickly. A cooperative, which jointly owned, democratically controlled, economically participated and benefited by farmer members, is an economic organization. And also involves the special constraint conditions which occur in institutional supply of domestic agriculture and countryside. Additionally, it indicates the institutional prospect of the economic development of Chinese rural society. It also plays the vital role in our province agriculture structure adjustment, the development of specialized production, the promotion of technical standard, connecting to the market, the organization sells, increasing the farmer income. But, because the history of the agriculture cooperative organizations is not long, in addition the aspect on cooperativization of agriculture has detoured, our province agriculture cooperative organizations' development was also backward in the developed country and developed province, the development of agriculture cooperative organizations are still restricted by many kinds of factors, especially government structure, so it is urgent for us to give further discusses on the agriculture cooperative organizations' government structure through investigation and study, them give the countermeasure to help them in the practice, speed up the development of farmer cooperative organizations in our province.Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes 20 agricultural cooperative organizations which are distributed in flowers and plants industry, the dairying, the fruits and vegetables and the poultry industry in the Yunnan Yuanmou county, Kunming Chenggong county, Yuxi city, Dali city, Dali Eryuan county, the Yuxi Xinping county, the Yuxi Tonghai county, the Yuxi Yuanjiang county and so on eight county city, with the new system economic, and the domestic and foreign newest cooperative organization fundamental research, based on the investigation and interview, them analyzes the problem of the government structure in agricultural cooperative organizations, and give the theory reason.after that, this paper also analysis the new tendency in international cooperative economy organization. Finally this paper presents further countermeasure to solve the problem, based on special environment which the Yunnan agricultural cooperative organization facing to.
