Discussion Of The International Experience Of The Bad Product Import Controls

Lots of developed countries and areas are adopting measures to restrict the import of bad products,such as TBT measures. The safety of the product imported is cared about by the international society. Recently,the imports of bad products for china are noticeable,such as the imports of Teflon hollowware and foreign garbage in Guangdong are threatening our people's heath and destroying our living environment. So,the study of international experience on how to restrict bad import product are significant for our country.Now,lots of scholars have done more work on the foreign restrict measure for our exports and how to break through these restricts, while done less work on how to use international experience to assure the safety of importing products. So,this essay are trying to summarize the condition of bad importing products and exploring the international experience,based on the problem of importing safety.In this paper, the writer has introduced the situation of importing bad product in china , describe the definition, characteristics and relative international trade theories of bad products,then, introduced the relative WTO rules and the condition of importing bad products,finally,will tell some developed countries'doings and give some advices on how to restrict the import of bad products.
