Chinese Technical Trade Measures System And The Import And Export Trade In Health Development

Along with the rapid growth of export trade in our courtry ,the foreign countries'Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) system is exerting increasingly strong impact on the export.In the mean time ,the import trade in our courtry is developing rapidly also.So to standardize the import by the way of establishing TBT system is a valuable subject .The essay mainly deals with the summation of WTO rules and the main countries'experience from the point of view of TBT system and the analysis of the measures of tackling foreign countries'TBT in the export trade and standardizing the import trade.Then the proposal to improve our country's TBT system is concluded.
