Development Strategy Of The Chinese Printing Enterprises

Chinese printing industry falls behind that of the developed countries. Chinese printing business has experienced the same-price times, the equipment times, the price times, the service times, and the brand times. And different development times have brought forward different development opportunities and difficulties for the printing enterprises. The serious troubles for Chinese printing enterprises include the aged administration pattern, lack of modern technology and structural problems. The domestic printing market has being encroached by the multinationals since China rejoined the WTO. On the other hand, a worldwide technology revolution is taking place in the printing field.The main body of this thesis is deals with the development restrictions on our country's printing business, from the aspect such as the development courses, current development situation and future developing trend. This thesis analyzes the organization framework and management pattern in the different stages of development. And then gives some proposals and suggestions for the mini-type printing enterprises.Small and medium non-state-operated printing enterprises are the fresh activists for the development of the printing business in our country. But the kinds of enterprises have some congenital deficiencies. The article discusses several ideas to resolve the problems.
