In recent years,with the continuous decline of its main business,X's business development has been a great threat and challenge.Facing the complicated competition environment,how to choose its own development strategy and how to get better development in the fierce market competition becomes the most important issue.To solve this problem,strategic planning is the cornerstone of its realization.Therefore,X company urgently needs a new business development strategy to guide the company in the right direction transformation and development.This paper uses the PEST tool to analyze the external environment,analyzes the industry environment in which the company is based on the Porter Five-Force Model,and then uses the SWOT matrix to inventory the advantages and disadvantages of X Company and the opportunity threats,The company should take strategic measures.Then,through the analysis of the product-market matrix,we point out the direction of the company's strategic path.After analyzing each one,we propose specific measures for each development path selected by the company to ensure that the selected path is fulfilled.Finally,according to the implementation of the business development strategy,the corresponding supporting measures are put forward to provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the development strategy.Through this study,Company X should adopt market penetration,market development strategy and product development strategy to expand its business.On the one hand,these three strategies will strengthen the penetration of the food and beverage packaging material market as well as the local market,meanwhile,develop new market segments and develop New products to provide to the existing market customers,and then through the construction and corporate brand image associated with the corporate culture to speed up the establishment of a process-based management mode of operation,establish a reasonable salary system,strengthen product quality control and enhance product development capabilities Cultivate and speed up the pace of development of green printing as a strategic safeguard.The purpose of this study is to let X company get rid of the current predicament of development as soon as possible,with a new attitude to meet new opportunities for development and achieve sustainable development.At the same time,due to the development problems encountered by the Company in the production and processing of printing companies are more common,but also hope that the X company's business development strategy for other similar packaging and printing companies to provide some reference.
