Since the establishment of the Open Door policy, China’s market economy has been getting more and more prosperous. The enterprises under the market economy have been able to enjoy a more fair, open, and competitive environment, and the market economy system has also been gradually improved. As the major player of the market economy, enterprises also need to constantly improve themselves and enhance their strength in order to be competitive in the market.Small and medium privately owned printing companies have many inherent disadvantages in market competition, such as the lack of talent, week management, financial inadequacies, which will inevitably hinder the development of these enterprises. If small and medium private printing companies want to win the final victory in the brutal competition in the market, they need to highlight their own advantages, over come their own weaknesses, seize opportunities, avoid risks, and develop their characteristic strategies. At the same time, they have to seize the opportunities, make the best use of their advantages, and expand themselves..This thesis uses Guangxi D printing company as a case study. Through analyzing the company’s external environment, it aims to examine the advantages of Guangxi D printing company when facing unfavorable factors. At the same time, I also analyze Guangxi D printing company’s internal condition, aiming to investigate company’s advantages and existing problems, with the hope of formulating corresponding development strategies for Guangxi D company.This thesis is intended to explore development strategies for Guangxi D printing company from the aspects of institutional construction, marketing ability building, talent cultivation and enterprise culture fostering. The aim of this thesis is to help enhance diversity and the overall strength of the company, and make it develop sustainably and healthily..
