Family-owned enterprises which have a long history are a very important type of Chinese enterprises. After reform and opening up to outside word, Chinese family-owned enterprises are growing rapidly and contributing much to Chinese society and economy. Many difficulties appear in the process of development within family enterprises in fact. The trouble has two aspects, one aspect is duration. Chinese Family-owned enterprises usually have not a long life; the other aspect is growth. Chinese Family-owned enterprises often meet boot-neck on their growing path ,once they reach a certain size ,they will grow difficultly and they usually lost motivation and energy .By research, One important reason can explain it ,at present Chinese Family-owned enterprises usually lack ability to combine outer societal resources ,especially human resources . Actually the lack of trust resources is a deep-seated cause. One certain Family-owned enterprises trust resources structure should match one certain management modal. To Family-owned enterprises, the transformation of management model need the support of trust resources they obtain ,Chinese family enterprises is restricted to obtain professional managers from outer managers'market and restrained fromcarrying out professional management and establishing modern enterprises systems for the shortage of trust resources. Trust is the key point of administration professionalized within Chinese family-owned enterprisesThe paper adopts a game theory modal of family enterprises and more researches about trust theory to reveal the inner connection of trust and management modal, and then to find out the factors which cause the shortage of trust resources, and thus, it help us find out the realistic paths to improve the trust resources level of Chinese family enterprises presently.
