Remanufacturing Product Quality And Economic Analysis

With the advancement of technology and the engine products, LCC (Life Cycle Cost) has attached great importance to the world. Remanufacturing engineering can be understood well as a series of technical measures and project activities. The design and management are guided by LCC and the goal is improving the performance of engine product. Remanufacturing has become an important part of cyclic economy with the sustainable development policy. The study of remanufacturing engineering is still at the preliminary stage. As a strategic problem, it had been concerned nationally on improving the quality of remanufacture product and promoting benefits under the economic development in China. 21^st is a century of quality, the research in the quality benefit field is inevitably needed to speed up the quality competition and implementation of the quality system certification.The paper is guided by LCC, after analyzing quality benefits of remanufactured products with theoretical analysis of process, showed the advantages and disadvantages of quality benefits, established the process model of remanufactured product designing, manufacturing, marketing, services, and made sure the quality level of each process. The calculated model for socio-economic benefits of remanufactured products made the indirect economic benefits easy to understand. The paper evaluated quality economic benefits with fuzzy evaluation to enterprise after analyzing for getting better synthetical evaluative effect. In the evaluative process, the paper used fuzzy evaluation method to selecting weight, so the result became rational. Lastly, the paper selected a remanufacturing enterprise to validate the result. The research offered a simple and convenient method for enterprise to test quality economic benefits and studied the basic theory that generalize and implement the remanufacturing engineering.
