The matter of quality has long been crucial in the competitive trade world. Traditionally, there are many different factors that can influence the product quality of a company. In fact, one of the most competitive means for a business company is to constantly improve its product quality during the manufacturing process. Subjected to the problems existing in and an application of quality improvement methods available to manufacturing enterprises, the present paper has mainly examined and discussed various methods and corresponded effects of constantly improving product quality in the production control process, in the hope that it can contribute to today's business enterprises in perfecting their production flow and reaching their goal of quality management.As can be noticed, an applied study has been carried out as how to make full use of different methods of constantly improving product quality, concerning production control for manufacturing enterprises. Taking one Project production line of SAE Company as a sample, through observing and analyzing its production conduct, the passage proposes some relevant issues and questions. In addition, these questions are addressed by employing the three solutions. The first, the present thesis analyzes the quality condition in SAE situated on the market economy environment, and this thesis's contents and study's method.The second, the thesis generizes the rationale, the basic principle, the model and implementing procedures of the quality constant improvement theory. Futhermore, on the theoretic foundation of continued quality improvement, it discusses and illustrates the corresponding theories and measures of the three additional remarkable measures. The third, starting from a workshop in SAE Company, the thesis introduces the product characteristics, production flow and the quality condition of its workshop and then, on the base of the same Project assembly line in the workshop, through successfully adopting the IE management, QCC techniques for production improvement, and the key approach 6s management, it discusses and illustrates the actual achievement brought by these three solutions in the production control and quality improvement process. Finally, it makes use of the three solutions and works out a comprehensive achievement in effects and effition by analyzing and evaluating the application of the solutions.Guided by the lean management thought, this thesis focuses on the actual economic performance of a business enterprise.
