In the era of global economic integration, in the face of fierce international competition, Chinese enterprises are facing the challenges and pressures which are growing. To survive and develop in a competitive business environment and the pressure, we must accelerate the accumulation of force from now on, increase its strength. But the very troubled part of our quality products and the common problem is not satisfactory, price and quality are unreasonable, delivery can not be effectively controlled to ensure customer satisfaction.6 σ management originated from Motorola. In the 20th century, the mid-1990s it was evolved into a highly effective quality management business process design by General Electric Company successfully, and then turned system management of transformation and optimization of the pursuit of excellence many of the world's most important strategic initiatives and enterprises management philosophy. It represents the new century, corporate governance and the development of methods to improve productivity. Enhance core competitiveness of enterprises will play an important role. This article is in this context and under completion. This paper discusses the theory and study 6 σ , a combination of Chinese enterprises in the 6 σ management status and experience According to Chinese textile enterprises in the implementation of 6 σ management needs 6 σ program and the implementation of effective management strategies, and proposed a number of recommendations to rationalize, China's textile enterprises strive for the implementation of 6 σ management can provide some useful lessons.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the 6 σ principles and developments. 6 σ have expounded on the same principle as well as in the implementation of large-scale enterprises abroad.Chapter 2 is for the implementation of 6 σ management significance. 6 σ management focused on the theoretical and practical significance.Chapter III of the implementation of 6 σ management is for Enterprise Analysis. And also take the analysis of the 6 σ management's prospects to develop in China's enterprises.The fourth chapter is the analysis of 6 σ Management in Chinese enterprises in light of the conditions required. Take a building in the enterprises and, on the basis of the implementation of 6 σ management procedures, suitable for the implementation of the company's 6 σ management program.Chapter five is the existing problems and difficulties of 6 σ management in our enterprises for implement, and the rationalization of the proposal.
