Logistics has brought about more and more recognitions of the enterprises in the economy society. Application and popularization of logistics gradually brings about an economic innovation. But, at present, the production logistics of heavy mechanical manufacturing enterprises, as the leading factor in total logistics field, have many problems in existence such as: management mode haven't come into being an efficient Sply Chain mode, the course from raw materials stock, transportation, production to going into storehouse or coming out of storehouse is not smooth, especially in the process of production management which is organized according as assembly sequence wholly and fail to analyze or solve problems in view of logistics point. JINGRUI enterprise is just one of heavy mechanical enterprises. As the competition get more and more drastically, JINGRUI can't fit herself with further development. Under the condition of capital short, every personnel of JINGRUI enterprise should make a best use of fund and optimize production logistics in order to improve its efficiency. Just in these backgrounds, we analyze the deficiency in production logistics and simulate JINGRUI's production process using witness simulation software. Besides, this paper's research object is the production process of main parts of main product in a certain period.
