Most developments have appeared, such as economic globalization, new technology revolution based on information, global market economy and area economic integration, etc. Among these, economic globalization is becoming more and more important in nowadays international economic. Its influence has caught the attention from most countries all over the world, and reached a range from the personal profits of a common citizen to the decision made by governments.For most developing countries, economic globalization looks like a"twin-blades sword". It produces more negative influence to challenge the sovereignty and economic security of a country, at the time of gaining more new opportunities to catch the developed countries, even the serious impact.
