| The Supplier Relationship Managemen(tSRM)is an important parts of Purchase Management, it can affect a corporation's logistics and finance and cost directly. A corporation can reduce it's purchase cost, improve it's profit and enhance it's competition by SRM, and it can improve the hole Supply Chain's profit.This paper studied the SRM of the private-owned auto manufacture corporation in China, and compartmentalize the auto accessory to three categories by the importance of the auto accessory and the difficulty to gain it for private-owned auto manufacture corporation., and put forward relevant management strategy to different kinds of accessory supplier. The private-owned auto brand can possess some certain competition advantage on cost and technology from the reasonable and efficient and scientific management to accessory supplier, and enhance the competition to foreign capital and joint venture auto brand. |
