Research Of The Supplier Chain Management Strategy Of BS Auto Parts Manufacture

Supply chain management has gained significance as one of the 21 st century manufacturing paradigms for improving organizational competitiveness, and it has been considered as a competitive strategy for integrating suppliers and customers with the objective of improving responsiveness and flexibility for manufacturing organization. Automotive supply chain has been considered as the largest scale, most complex process, and widest coverage span of industry among national economy. The effect of automotive parts company is no less than automotive manufacturer. As a matter of fact, they are the strongest impetus for improvement and innovation for whole industry. How to continuously enhance capability of organizational supply chain management has become the major research for all auto parts company.This paper is concentrated on the supply chain management strategy of BS Auto part manufacturer, analyzed current status of BS supply chain management, illuminated the main problem of supply chain, proposed the new thought of supply chain management, which is based on overall optimization, emphatically studied the build-up of strategic partnership as managerial solution, the establishment of performance appraisal indicator system of auto manufacturer, and contract management based on overall optimization. At the end of the paper, it pointed out the problem caused by implementing of overall optimization and the solution accordingly.Based on the research of organizational management practice and theoretical documentation, this paper in-depth discussed the measure of supply chain management, proposed the new strategy which is suitable for BS Company, strive for providing theoretical support and practice guideline for other auto part company which wants to implement supply chain management successfully.
