In the globalization process,the competitiveness among the enterprises is not only focus on the brands and products,but also on the advantage of supplier chain management.The BJ Auto starts the 2nd round of business startups,the research and analysis of the supplier competiveness in terms of quality and cost demonstrated that the supplier from BJ Auto'supplier are less competitive,which can only reach the one half level of the supplier in the joint venture HD,the competiveness and the total quantity of BJ Auto are not disproportionate distributed,the increase of the supplier'amount result in the rising of the operation and management cost,meanwhile the possibility of profit growth are tremendously decreased,therefore the strategy of supplier integration of BJ Auto is under the circumstances.The integration of the supplier is a process that reassessment and reselection of the existed suppliers,the output of this process is to rebuild the resource database of the suppliers,which will make the BJ Auto become more competitive.In this thesis,the supplier management will be discussed in terms of relationship,performance evaluation,integration of the supplier.The relationship management is the methodology to highlight the competition and cooperation among the suppliers.The performance evaluation management is the key point to reward and assesse the suppliers.The integration management is the fundamental process to evaluate and optimize.Those three elements ensure to build the core competitiveness of BJ Auto.the key performance indexes of the supplier from BJ Auto are defined as manufacture,quality,technology,services,prices,innovations.For each index,the Weight distribution are generated by analytic hierarchy process,then all the indexes are analyzed and calculated,the evaluation of supplier performance has been changed from quantitative analysis,to qualitative analysis,furthermore,the evaluation model of supplier competitiveness was build and verified through the model implementation from the 9 suppliers,the suppliers are ranked as A,B,C-level.In the thesis,the concepts of supplier integration were proposed and will enhance the core competiveness of the BJ Auto in the period of the 12th five-years planThe highlight of this thesis is to analyze the core competitiveness status of BJ Auto which based on the current supplier chain status from BJ Auto,and the methodology of five forces model,cooperative contact,four quadrant classifications have been implemented in the analysis process.Besides,the evaluation model has been creatively established through the analytic hierarchy process and the transition from quantitative to qualitative analysis.Moreover the evaluation model also has been recognized by BJ Auto and his suppliers.Through the analysis of real case from the supplier,the effectiveness and application of the evaluation model have been completely verified and proven.The evaluation model also provides the possibility of a better cooperation between BJ Auto and his suppliers,building a motivated supplier team,enhancement of the high-efficient supplier team,improve the competiveness the BJ Auto based on the mutual respect and understanding.
