With the quick integration progress of the international economy, it will be fiercer and crueler that enterprises face the globalization competition. The competition result of modern enterprises is that all enterprises enter a wee profit era. Competition in respects such as management ability among enterprises, integration ability of supply chain resources is in follow with the competition of technique and talents. While Modern Logistics service is gradually considered as the third profit source after reducing material consumption and raising labor productivity.Rationalization of logistics is known as"Gold mine under the enterprise foot". Through the investigation, this text has collected the basic data such as inventory of existing structures, volume dispatch, transportation distance .km freight units from the oil companies and gas stations belonging of Distribution Center in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province. Considering on the basis of the maximum/ minimum storage capacity and other constraints, and in the light of relevant theories logistics cost management, this text has established an nonlinear mathematical model which could help the Distribution Center through programming to find the best distribution solution to gas station belonging, and aim at making the inventory and transportation costs are minimized in the process of distribution.Meanwhile, the model can be expanded, Changzhi City of Shanxi Province through a special distribution center extended to the whole logistics system in SINOPEC. It has come to a best distribution solution that transportation costs and storage costs can be minimized in the second logistic distribution. Finally, according to the relevant theory of cost control, it also show that the optimal distribution solution implemented in the current conditions need to complete the task.
