Considering on the basis of the maximum/ minimum storage capacity and other constraints, and in the light of relevant theories logistics cost management, this text has established an nonlinear mathematical model which could help the Distribution Center through programming to find the best distribution solution to gas station belonging, and aim at making the inventory and transportation costs are minimized in the process of distribution.Meanwhile, the model can be expanded, Changzhi City of Shanxi Province through a special distribution center extended to the whole logistics system in SINOPEC. It has come to a best distribution solution that transportation costs and storage costs can be minimized in the second logistic distribution. Finally, according to the relevant theory of cost control, it also show that the optimal distribution solution implemented in the current conditions need to complete the task.
