With the improvement of living standards, the quality and safety of aquatic products has been put forward higher requirements. To ease the regional differences and consumption of aquatic, we need to ensure aquatic in the entire process of professional cold chain logistics for protection. Cold chain logistics started relatively late in China, and in the longer period of time does not get enough attention, caused our cold chain logistics infrastructure, equipment extremely backward, cold chain logistics technical standards and relevant laws and regulations of the situation is extremely lacking. The lagging issues of aquatic products cold chain logistics development should be resolved, the solution approach not only to strengthen the cold chain logistics infrastructure and improve relevant laws and regulations, more importantly, to establish a rational and efficient aquatic products cold chain logistics network system.Through comparing the existing domestic and international aquatic products cold chain logistics network model,this paper analyzes China’s aquatic products cold chain logistics network problems, and learn from experiences of developed countries, putting forward optimization direction. Combined with perishable seafood characteristics, this paper build Bi-Ievel programming model of aquatic cold chain logistics network optimization, top model to determine the optimal cold chain logistics center location; underlying model to determine the distribution of the transport paths. From both strategic and tactical angles, the model make two key elements of logistics network simultaneously optimized to achieve the total cost of the entire logistics network minimum. Then this paper design a genetic algorithm-ant colony algorithm combined hybrid algorithm, through solving the introduced numerical examples, obtain the best cold chain logistics network nodes and the optimal location distribution paths.Finally we get conclusion:only the location of the cold chain logistics network and distribution route optimization to be considered together, it could achieve effective coordination and cooperation between the various aspects of cold chain logistics, so as to reduce operating costs and meet consumer demand for rapid, timely, high-quality demand.
