With the progress of industrial development, the industrial dust pollution is more and more serious. In resent years, the whole world has been much more strict with the environment protection. China not only improves the standard of soot let, but also strengthen the control of the drain of the sulfur-oxid. To meet the standard of sulfur-let restrict, many boiler use low-sulfur coal. As the result, the sulfur let has been reduced, but the resistance rate has been hightened, so that the electric dust-catching effect has been depressed. In this paper, the hop-pocket dust-catching system is equipped with a series of advantages that low thickness of dust powder; the thickness excluded from the effect of dust powder resistance rate, thickness and granularity; the construction and maintenance is easy. It can replace electric dust-catching system to applied wildly in industry. Highly-effect and dependable-research hop-pocket dust-catching system can be good for the control of pollution and environment protection.This system is composed by PC and the lower monitor PLC. It carries on the monitoring to the system by the configuration software Fame View. It carries on the scene control through PLC and monitors to the scene parameter through PC. It carries on the correspondence through RS232.when the device fails, the interface can be reflected by the upper alarm information and show the exact location of fault and make the appropriate control and treatment This helps staff and timely treatment failure. In addition to real-time monitoring system status, the interface switch by the upper button, the system can also be a series of operational control. Through the system actual debugging, Achieved good results. The application of the research fruit accelerate the control of the soot quantity of the exhaust gas and the operation cost. It will promote the wild application of hop-pocket dust-catching in domestic, and has great significant reference meaning to the future research in this domain.
