In terms of environmental sociology and the perspective of environment constructivism,on the base of a thorough analysis of internal and external development conditions, development environment and development prospects of the Economic Zone,this artile tries to explain the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is based on respection of the local environment and local multi- cultural, is the construction result of international social inter-regional cooperation requirements, sustainable social development, region economic boom and the remarkable improvement of local people's living standard.
