In this thesis paper, aerodynamic force pressure sensitive paint were obtained, which the rare earth doped SiO2 sol was used as substrate, and the Ru(bpy)3Cl2 was used as the probe molecule. Preparation conditions of SiO2 sol were optimized. The microstructure, fluorescence properties and the oxygen quenching characteristics of pressure sensitive paint was analyzed by SEM, the UV-Visible absorption spectrum and the fluorescence emission spectra. SEM observation shows that the probe molecule was dissolved in silica sol. The UV-Visible absorption spectra indicate that the absorption wave band of the pressure sensitive paint was 200-500nm, when the 0.04g probe molecule and 20ml 5.0×10-4mol/L RE(NO3)3 were added into the 6ml SiO2 matrix. The fluorescence emission spectra shows that the strongest emission peak of the rare earth doped pressure sensitive paint was about 605nm when it was exited by 500 nm, it was consistent with the pressure sensitive paint without rare earth, but the fluorescence intensity was increased with the rare earth element(Nd,Gd,Ho,Yb) atomic number increasing. At the same time, the oxygen quenching of the rare earth doped pressure sensitive paint was increased, which the oxygen quenching of neodymium doped pressure sensitive paint was increased 20.5%, and the oxygen quenching of Ytterbium doped pressure sensitive paint was increased 64.7%. The service life of the rare earth doped pressure sensitive paint is about 6 months.
